Ottawa, ON April 21st, 2014: Capital United FC (Cap U) and the West Ottawa Soccer Club (WOSC) announced today that they have entered into an official club affiliation agreement for the 2014 season, while also establishing other collaborative avenues to enhance their player and coaching development efforts within both organizations in 2014 and beyond.
The Club Affiliation Agreement is a mechanism put forth by both Clubs’ district governing body – the Eastern Ontario District Soccer Association (EODSA) – to allow for some controlled player movement between Clubs in a way that provides enhanced development opportunities for talented players.
